Proposed sub-lease

Resource Recovery Group formerly Southern Metropolitan Regional Council proposes to sublease 3,300 sqm of building area located at 350 Bannister Road Canning Vale.

The proposed sublease agreement is advertised for public submission in accordance with s3.58 (3) of the Local Government Act 1995 ‘Disposing (lease) of Property’ on the following basis;

a. Lessee: Chairay Sustainable Plastic Co Pty Ltd of 5 Burrum Court, Runcorn Queensland.
b. Term: 5 years commencing 1 July 2023
c. Rental: 3,300 sqm space located in the Waste Composting Facility building at $92 sqm ex GST plus outgoings for utility charges.
d. The market rental valuation is estimated between $85 to $100 sqm.
