Weighbridge Customer Service Officer

About the role
Located in Canning Vale, you will be responsible for monitoring movement of people and goods through the weighbridge areas, coordinating export and shipping/transport documentation, and responding to customer enquiries. 

Position details
Workdays: Monday – Sunday
Work schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off – 56 hours per fortnight
Hours: 07:45am – 4:15pm 
Ordinary hourly rate: $30.65 p/h
Saturday rate: $45.98 p/h
Sunday rate: $53.64 p/h
Public holiday rate: $76.63 p/h

Skills and Qualifications Required 
Essential 

  • Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
  • Experience in customer service and/or administration
  • Well-developed written communication
  • Intermediate data entry experience
  • Police Clearance
  • Ability to pass a full medical, and drug and alcohol test

Desirable

  • Previous experience in weighbridge operations
  • Provide First Aid certificate
  • Experience with Mandalay software or similar weighbridge software.
  • Knowledge of waste and recycle facility operations.
