Maintenance Supervisor

About the role:
Resource Recovery is navigating a business transition, and this role is anticipated to be needed for approximately 6 months, subject to ongoing requirements. To be successful in this role, you will have leadership experience with staff and contractors in a heavy plant environment and maintenance scheduling.

Position details

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:06pm (76 hours)

Essential:

• Trade qualified (Mechanical or Electrical).
• Proven 5 years’ experience in a heavy plant and equipment environment.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a similar environment/role.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office and maintenance systems).

Desirable:

• Working knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Experience in waste management, resource recovery, or related industries.
